The Zheel Sciences Studies & Research Center (the “Company”) neither condones nor supports spam (i.e., unsolicited commercial e-mail), as it wastes valuable time and resources. Additionally, spam degrades the overall value and effectiveness of electronic mail communications. Neither the Company nor any website, member, affiliate, or customer is permitted to send unsolicited e-mail communications to individuals who have not requested them or with whom no prior relationship exists by utilizing, harvesting, or otherwise obtaining information associated with the www.drabdulsamad.com website (the “Website”). Any customer, member, website, or affiliate who does so shall be in violation of this Spam Policy and the Terms of Use (“TOU”). WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A WEBSITE WITH WHICH YOU ARE AFFILIATED OR AN AFFILIATE IS ACCUSED OF SPAMMING?

If the Company receives a spam complaint about an associated website or affiliate, the following steps are taken:

Moreover, the company reserves the right to end any relationship with a website or affiliate in breach of the Spam Policy or the TOU at its sole discretion whether or not measures are taken to remedy the infringement circumstances.

WHY A SPAM-RELATED WEBSITE OR AFFILIATE IS NOT SIMPLY CUT-OFF

Some people might think that the company should cut a website or an associate that has been named in a spam complaint immediately. The firm has chosen not to do so.
