Hidden fear begins on the first day of creation in the mother's womb. After that, all information transmits to the child from the parent's DNA from their first day of life, including feelings, health, thinking, and overcoming fears. This chain is referred to as genetic information transmitted from generation to generation.
After Birth, fear is visible of losing something or somewhere from the first day of life until the final breath of life. For example, an infant has a fear of falling, and hold your finger tightly. Positive and negative "thoughts" encompass the frequencies and processes associated with perceptions (determining what is in the environment and where it is), decision-making (deciding what to do), and action planning and decision-making.

POSITIVE VS NEGATIVE MIND ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY

Every Living Creature's fears are connected with one great fear called Death. Because no one wants to die, it is a natural occurrence.
Examples:
  • If a lion runs to jump on a deer to avoid dying of hunger, he fears death.
  • If the deer flees to save him because he will not be a meal for the lion, he fears his life.
  • If we fail in our lives, we will be unable to live healthy lives, can't eat healthy food, and ultimately die.

GREATEST FEAR

The researchers examined data from 292 centenarians free of common chronic diseases such as diabetes, depression, dementia, and hypertension. They also included data on an additional 100,377 people over the age of 60.
These people ate organic fruits and vegetables; they joined meditation groups and did self-healing for peace of mind. In addition, they participate in long-standing social activities of interest, which was consistent across all age groups.
Furthermore, rates of depression and diabetes fell steadily with age, and rates of dementia fell after the age of 80. However, hypertension rates increased by nearly 30% between the ages of 60 and 100.

CAN WE UNDERSTAND MIND POWER AND OVERCOME FEAR?

RESEARCHERS ARE INTERESTED IN MEASURING TELOMERES BECAUSE SOME BELIEVE THEY HOLD THE KEY TO LONGEVITY AND VITALITY

Telomers are the particular structures of DNA protein found on both ends of each chromosome. These preserve the chromosomes, ensuring that they stay separate from other chromosomes, prevent damage, or promote fusing. Telomeres are composed of thousands of identical DNA sequence repeats held together by a unique set of shelterin proteins.
Telomerase is adding DNA to the chromosome ends, and meditation and healing can increase telomerase. Telomeres are shorter and less intact in older and less healthy people. Telomeres are longer and more intact in younger and healthier people. Telomeres are measurably shorter in people suffering from chronic and degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and high stress.
Two mechanisms can preserve telomere.
  • One option is to increase an enzyme known as telomerase.
  • Another mechanism is the reduction of cortisol.
  • (Cortisol is the stress hormone, which increases inflammatory response)

THREE: THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND

The unconscious or nonconscious Mind is the creator of dreams. Its job is to sort, store and organize the millions of pieces of data to which you are exposed. I always imagine the unconscious Mind as a vast storeroom filled with file cabinets. Of course, some information is discarded, but most files are saved in case later needs. It is a tremendous performance.
Consider everything I exposed through my five senses. The birds are singing outside, a neighbor's dog is barking, the wind is blowing softly, cars are coming and going down the mountain below me, a clock is ticking somewhere in the other room, and my cat is whining. Most of the above are things my conscious mind is aware of and disregards because there is no threat to my safety, and no action is required. My subconscious Mind saved these files as reference files, but my cat's whimpering is labeling them as necessary action needs.
In my previous interactions with her, I know that she is thirsty and hungry. These days she has trouble getting up. There is an action required to bring water and food to alleviate her discomfort. (have threats in my Mind, just because of that).

TWO: THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

The subconscious mind serves as a storage bank for everything, and nothing needs to be remembered consciously. It keeps track of everything you know, including past experiences, memories, ideas, and beliefs. You never have to forget anything that you've experienced or learned because it's all embedded, and you can bring it up whenever you wish. Your conscious thoughts lead the way, and your subconscious resources drive your imagination.
Your subconscious mind is an unquestioning servant who fulfills what you already hope for while ensuring your thoughts, hopes, and desires align you with your life's expectations. Everything you do is influenced by your previous thoughts and behavior, whether you are aware of it or not. To put it simply, the subconscious mind stores and retrieves memories. When you recall examples of your subconsciousness, you may think of them as memories or beliefs you developed earlier or maps of your subjective reality.
Because your subconscious mind is extremely powerful, you should pay attention to it. Every task performed by your brain takes up to 95% of your total brainpower and gets things like food and air that your body needs. It's an extraordinary being when you think about it. We are completely unaware of the enormous amounts of planning and information processing in our minds. We have only a limited amount of control over them—only a tiny percentage of these thoughts. More than 95% of our thinking or our mental processes occur subconsciously. Many different thoughts pass through our minds but can express only one or two at any given time.
